LED Dimmer Wiring Help

Found this old computer stereo dimmer switch in my garage and can't seem to figure out the wiring.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

 

My driver has 2 wires(+/-) for the switch, but my dimmer switch from my stereo has 4 wires.

 

4 wires go into the switch and 4 come out. My original dimmer has 3 connections (+/-/controller) and I only used the (+/-)

I wouldn't use it. It's an audio taper pot, so it's a logarythmic curve, not linear. Just go down to Radioshack and get a 10K linear pot. Done.
