Help please! unknown algae

I'm thinking its dinoflagellates akgae. I've performed a 3 day blackout and it didn't go away but only increased. it's always stringy and a red rusty color. someties it has air bubbles sometimes it doesn't.

 

if this is not dino, what is it? Calothrix? Cyno? Lyngbya?

Thanks that's what im figuring it is. The dino really likes to cover my dragon's breath.
