DIY sea sweep.

Found an excellent diy sea swirl vid! Decided to give it a try. Here is the origional vid.

 

I followed the instructions.

Satisfied I progressed.

Dry fit went well. Now for a sanding and final spray.

I'm finished! working great.

I'll paint the PVC holding the powerhead once it's where I want it. It was a super easy build and if you can find the parts. Do it! enjoy.

Qyestion, why cut off the stand part. Seems like that would make a good mount for the jebao.

 

Just as good as the pvc, it looks like. With a 10th the work.

I have a rimless tank and the bent acrylic wasn't an option. I used an old led clamp body and cut slots with a dremel. I simply used what was around me to build the clip.

Seems like a good bracket to mount a power head to.

Thanks for all the kind words!

The bracket built on it is full of lubricant and due to the way its manufactured it won't hold the weight of push from the power head. I'll be building a second one today and will do a step by step.
