I have sh*t luck

Received my cadlights 50 long. FedEx lost my light hanging tree. The pallet of parts was not strapped in the truck or wrapped. I finally pulled my tank out today and there are chips in both of the front bottom corners. This in no way was cadlights fault just fedex.

That sucks, I hate when I have to ship or get fragile stuff in the mail, so risky. Hopefully you get a replacement tank?

I wouldn't use that tank. Call Cadlights and let them sort it out with Fedex.

Cadlights should have gotten insurance with Fedex and should be able to file a claim. My PicO Aquarium tank came chipped too and Chris was able to get a claim from UPS.

I wouldn't accept it in anything but immaculate condition, that's what you paid for. Cadlights will have insured it so it's covered at least.

I had a cracked tank come in last week from CAD. They addressed the issue the same day, and shipped me a new one the next day. Glad you had a good experience too.
