McCune Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 Received my cadlights 50 long. FedEx lost my light hanging tree. The pallet of parts was not strapped in the truck or wrapped. I finally pulled my tank out today and there are chips in both of the front bottom corners. This in no way was cadlights fault just fedex. Link to comment

ninjamyst Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 Cadlights should have gotten insurance with Fedex and should be able to file a claim. My PicO Aquarium tank came chipped too and Chris was able to get a claim from UPS. Link to comment
