ya i am going to order some of my live stock frrom them but a viridis is smaller than a wennerae so i though they might be a better bet

Ihave been looking at the Ac70 filter as tamberav suggested and have seen lots of diys of it being modded and was wondering if it was worth it.

 

as a refugium

I have used one as a refugium. The only thing I hate about AC 70s is that they get loud after time. The impeller breaks off from time to time. It's been 2 years and I've on my 3rd impeller. I've tried some the different mods that everyone has suggested and it still either breaks off or constantly cleaning it every other week. I have since taken it out and went with a CPR refugium.

 

You can certainly try going with the AC 70. I just never had any luck with them.
