Reefed419
Hey looking for some advice from other reefers. I am starting a 30g Deep Blue frag tank, as a display. I did not order the reef ready version as I wanted to go glass-holes. The time has come and I am wondering if I go the 1500g over flow is that going to be overkill? I am wanting to run the Jebao dc 6000 as my return pump so I can add another tank and reactors later down the road. Any input would be nice. Thanks for the answers Link to comment
Tripwyr
Just a heads up, most Deep Blue tanks are tempered glass on all panes, which means you can not drill them. I would make absolutely sure yours is not tempered before attempting to drill it. Link to comment
Reefed419
Looked on there information sheet and it says all 4 sides are not tempered. However the bottom pane is tempered. I did have my lfs call there distributor and check those facts for me. Thanks for the concern though. Link to comment
Sugardaddy1979
Depends on what you order too. My deep blue 40 breeder is entirely untempred including the bottom Link to comment
