IM Reactor & Tunze 9002

Is there any problems with putting the IM MiniMax Reactor in the same compartment right next to the Tunzo 9002 Skimmer?

 

I assume it wouldn't matter, but figured I would ask first.

Not sure what tank this is going in, but if it's a biocube the only thing I would look out for, is that its not to tight of a fit. You don't want your flow to be blocked up to much or your pump will pump faster then you flow can refill the chamber.
