DaveFason
Sometimes you get really excited about small things. The goosenecks I am now using can hold a Duo! This will really streamline the look and make mounting much easier for more people. I am super dooper excited about this! Bad photo but here is the first. It looks SO good. ***UPDATE*** Front Side Top -Dave Link to comment
skyscraper2290
Danggggggg looking good, wish this option was available a little earlier..... But just loving my duo, can't wait to get some stuff under it Link to comment
jedimasterben
I think I need a Nanobox over my planted tank now... Link to comment
CryptoReef
That's awesome. Will this be safe for a Nuvo16? I'd worry the mounting bracket would stress the glass? Link to comment
Matt2939
One question: Will you be able to have the power cord come out the back of the unit instead of the side if desired? That will keep it a clean look. Almost ready to pull the trigger with this news, great work! Link to comment
DaveFason
No need to worry about stress. Cord runs into gooseneck so wires are hidden! Let's pull that trigger. -Dave Link to comment
gsgentry
Sure would be nice to have 2 of those on mine. Link to comment
DaveFason
Sure would be nice to have 2 of those on mine. Still testing on larger units as they have more umph -Dave Link to comment
tibbsy07
Can the mono have this as well? Link to comment
jbb
For the larger units I think a track mount option for something like the 80/20 rails would be pretty sweet. Would definitely work better for those running a canopy. Link to comment
rfalk
Well this pretty much locks me into another nanobox for my bigger tank build. This is why nanobox/Dave is the best, he keeps improving on something that is already doing well. These other big LED manufacturers should follow his lead instead of offering limited mounting options at outrageous prices. Link to comment
patrickbruno91
What is the largest thickness the mount is able to be applied to? I have a 1/2 inch acrylic tank. I might just end up hanging the duo when i purchase one here within the next two months. Link to comment
DaveFason
This thing looks SO good. ***UPDATE*** Front Side Top I can make the mount any thickness, just need a heads up prior. Track option would be rad but costly. I have done a few of them in the past for people with canopies. -Dave Link to comment
