ScooobaSteve Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 Congrats. I'm in the middle of my own fiasco now as they've decided to lock my account and keep my $32 credit from the last round of DOAs... Ignoring all my inquiries as to why they banned me. Guessing it's based on the fact that they were supposed to reship the DOAs and missing/back ordered items from my last couple orders, and then refunded me instead (screwing me out of the 50% off and daily deals I had as part of my order) even after sending me a reship order number and ship date, and i told them if they didn't just ship what I ordered my in-store credit would be my last order with them. Can't blame them -- got to keep my credit and not ship my order -- but man what a sh*tty way to do business! let alone treat a repeat customer... Link to comment
