Katy's NANO BUILD

Display Tank: 7.5G Deep Blue [12x12x12]
Display Lighting: NanoBox Duo w/ Storm controller
Stand: DIY Stand.
Sump: 4.3G Deep Blue DIY baffles. [10x10x10]
ATO Res: 4.3G Deep Blue [10x10x10]
Overflow: Center Overflow
Return Pump: Sicce Syncra Silent 1.5 (357GPH) w/ 3ft head.
Skimmer: CAD Light PLS-50 Pipe-Less Skimmer
Evaporation Top Up Unit: JBJ / Aqualifter Combo
Heater: Cobalt Aquatics Neo-Therm 50 Watt


My husband a.k.a. SaltCube is helping me with this build.

The light that was used in these pictures was a Solar Flare Deep Blue LED. Just waiting on my NanoBox and my overflow box to arrive any day now..

Oh this looks taasssty !!!! I'm follwoing along. How much did it cost you to set up that sump ? I was thinking about sumping my 7 gallon !!

The entire Sump Costs were as followed:

 

-4.3G Deep Blue Tank -15.00

-Acrylic Pieces - Free

-Weld-On 16 - 9.00

-Clear Caulking - Free

 

Total: 24.00

Awesome build you have here. Great line up of equipment. What are your coral plans?

I'm thinking mostly a Ricordea and Zoa garden.

It's true.

 

Overflow box added, Nanobox Duo revamped and new paint job, New stand built and some other goodies.

I love when the wives get involved in reefing. I had to get my wife a biocube a few years back. I have tried many times to upgrade her to a better setup but she loves it. Anyway, looks good, can't wait to see it filled and growing.

Sorry I haven't posted pictures yet, my finals are Wednesday so I've been a bit occupied!

 

I'm also having a hard time choosing what paint color I want for my stand. I promise I'll try to decide soon. :)
