GPCRalph
hi, I have seen these things for sale in lfs stores all the time but I was never interested because I knew that I'd never see them in my old tank(it was too big.) But now that I have a nano I am wondering what their care requirements are. Are they hardy? reef safe? di they need a special diet? etc. Thanks, Ralph Link to comment
Mr Spam
Sea slugs eat algea and many also use light to generate food. the most common sea slug in our aquariums is what we call the lettice leaf nudibranch, not a true nudibranch but a member of a different order. see this recent post for more information http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic.cgi?...um=1&topic=3614 you want to stay away from nudibranches as these are all carnivours and extreemly difficult to care for.
