Coco Worm Chipped Shell

Hello!

I am a relatively new salt-water tank owner. I have had it for about 1-2 months and my tank consists of my cleaning crew, a coco worm, a peppermint shrimp ,and coral. I have not yet gotten to the point where I can have the animals I truly want.

Anyways, my coco worm seems to be thriving and doing amazing, but this morning I moved a coral to the other side of the tank and accidentally chipped off a small piece of the coco worm's shell near where it's crown comes out of the tube. This was only 10 minutes ago but the coco worm won't come out.

I am concerned about the jagged edge or if hurting the shell actually hurts the worm. Do I need to find another tube for him?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks so much!!!!!!
