Had one critter die but they've since removed it from their "guarantee" so I think it was more sensitive than they had realized. (Was a flatworm-eating sea slug - c. varians) They credited me for the amount, no questions or hassles. I was still out the shipping but they acted in accordance with their policy without a bunch of headaches. Carinya Link to comment
