Things pop, the light isn't too hard and it isn't too soft. Love my 16k 27"er. I have it at Channel A 63% and Channel B 55% for right now. Link to comment

AdamNC Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 Guess I'll help update this. Here's my 29 gallon standard using a R420R 160watt 16k set at Ch1 65% CH2 80% at 8 months. All the corals here started as 1 - 1 1/2 inch frags, except for the zoas which started at about 5-6 polyps per frag disc. Link to comment
