Trogdor447
I know we all see the snail eggs on the side of the glass etc.. but mine have actually hatched! I see a pile of tiny little snails crawling around the glass. This is a good thing as my tank is in dire need of some scrubbing! Anyone else have them hatch for them? Link to comment
kgoldy
A pile of zombie snail babies... Let's see some pics! I get waves of baby snails throughout the year, but I think they get picked off by the rest of my livestock before they can mature. Link to comment

I will try they are soo effn small (2-3mm) but i know they are snails they move around and i see their little antenna's I have to assume they are nassarius snails. My tank is lookin pretty fugly right now but its on the come back swing. And I'll be done with classes for 2 months so its giong to get some serious scrubbings. Link to comment
Deleted User 3
I WANT BABIEEEEEES. I have like 12 nassies and no babies. And all the smaller (not your size!) of the batch i got are big now. Link to comment

jedimasterben
I feed my tank an absolutely ridiculous amount, don't run a skimmer, and have no mechanical filtration, and I have not seen any young snails. I have dwarf & Florida ceriths, nassarius, nerites, zig-zag periwinkles, and dwarf planaxis, no babies. From the pictures, those look like clear flatworms to me. Now THOSE I have a lot of. Veng
Can't see pictures from work, but I have had snails hatch in my 10gallon before. Link to comment
GhoSt3366
I added nassarius snails in the beggining and then decided to remove them. Out of no were one day about 3 to 4 weeks after removing them I see a little one that is about 1/4 to a 1/.2 inch in size. Leaving him in there for now Link to comment

JR!
I've had like 3 batches since I set up my manta. Link to comment
skimlessinseattle
I have had both cerith snails and margarita snails produce offspring (in different tanks). Link to comment
awpong
I'm wondering if it has something to do with seasonality, because both of my tanks just had a bloom of baby snails too. I've always seen eggs, but never any baby snails... then all of a sudden, BAM! They popped up in both tanks a few days apart from each other. *There is absolutely no shared contact between the two tanks. The only thing that they both have in common is the RO/DI water and Reef Crystals.* Link to comment
kgoldy
I forget what time of year it was (probably spring)... but I had a massive amount of eggs being deposited all over my tank, ask John Maloney about it, and it coincided with with the egg laying in their natural environment. Hmm totally strange! but cool, hopefully my fish try not to make them tasty treats for the most part. My Lawnmower Blenny recently crossed the rainbow bridge. He was around for a while. And there was plent of algae for him to eat lol he was eating fine i think it was just his time. Unless he is being a total ninja and hiding while if feed.. he has passed this last week hehe Link to comment
