Guessing you mean nitrates.


Stop what you are doing to filter nitrates and phosphates out or keep them low.


Stop with the reef chili.


Get your nutrients up to normal levels just by feeding your fish appropriately.


Handle algae growth as needed with a properly sized CUC of herbivores as well as by your own manual efforts.
