Coralife 96 watt quad 50/50 Owners

I am trying to understand this thing - is it 1 bulb and 4 tubes?

If it is 50/50 shouldn't 2 of the tubes be blue and 2 white or is the whole unit 50/50 and all the tubes white?

 

My unit which just arrived - has all white tubes but says 50/50/ Am I missing 2 blue tubes?(actinics) ( The box picture shows 2 blue and 2 white tubes !!!)

the bulb will say coralife 50/50 and you need to turn it on to see the actinics. I have one and it looks all white tell you fire it and look at it.

U turn it on yet? the blue bulbs are not blue when the light is off

Semantics/teminology:

 

A 50/50 bulb which is part daylight and part actinic has two glass tubes, but it is one bulb, terminating in one set of pins.

 

A quad bulb setup would have four of these. You'd actually see 8 glass tubes.
