jedimasterben Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 I like to soak it in a mixture of phyto, Fuel, and a few other things before feeding. But yes, you'd turn off any return pumps (leave internal pumps and powerheads on, but turned low) and let it go for a while - I try to leave my pumps off for at least an hour, usually more like 2-3, but that's usually cause I forget.
