lowlevel
I noticed this thing hanging off the side of my live rock yesterday... It's smaller than an eraser on the back of a number two pencil, and white despite the picture making it look rather blue. I thought it might have been a relocated or baby feather duster at first since I have two of those and it seemed to retreat into the rock when the lights went out... but it doesn't really look like them now that I can see it better. Then I thought it might be aiptasia but it doesn't look exactly like the ID images I found here. My rock was cured/re-cultured dry rock from the LFS so it was supposed to be pest free... Maybe this hitched with one of my snails? Tanks two months new and I don't have coral yet... Just a small clean up crew, two feather dusters, a single clown and whatever this is. Thanks in advance everyone! Sorry the pic isn't that great Link to comment
