Hwarang
I'm going to add a surface skimmer to my nanocube ... problem is that it's all filled up with water and critters ... I can drain it halfway and take the top chunk of rock out and put it in a bucket for a little bit ... but I'm going to need a way to glue the thing on. Normal silicone takes too long to cure (24 hours) ... what about hot glue? Is that toxic (it will be submerged in the water)? Anybody got a better suggestion? Link to comment
rickjg
use super glue gel for attaching frags to shells. You could easily run a bead of super glue gel around the edge of surface skimmer, then insert it into the tank at the desired location and hold for a few minutes until the glue sets. The gel cures under water, is reef safe and is clear when cured. Just don’t glue your finger to the tank or skimmer. Look for it at Walmart in the craft area. Rick Link to comment
