Found it, Scleronepthea SP or Orange Soft Coral. Thanks for all the replies and yes this saltwater stuff is like a bad weed, its just keeps popping back up. This will be my 4thn time back in the hobby.

Carnation coral. Non photosynthetic. Hard to keep.

It's not a carnation, it's a scleronepthya aka flower tree. They are non-photosynthetic, but not nearly as difficult to keep as dendronepthya. Put it in an area of high flow and target feed it a mix of BBS, rotifers, phytoplankton, and some other filter feeder food everyday and it will be fine.

It is one of the most tricky solf coral to keep in the reef tank. The best way make it standing up right and open is mount the coral up side down in a cave and less light.
