Zidion
SO after talking to the fiance, we've decided that we would like to build a Pico Tank to have in our living (something small that would fit nicely on a book shelf). What we were thinking of doing was getting a small tank (2-5 gallons) and then using an sump/refugium (another 5-10 gallon tank). I am assuming the easiest thing to do, in terms of filtratrion, is to just use a nano overflow box that goes down to the fuge/sump and then pumps back up to the pico? I feel that having the bigger fuge/sump will help create a lot less issues. What im looking at is: Micro reefs 3 gallon tank 10 gallon sump/fuge (something cheap from local pet store) Eshopps nano-overflow 25w heater LED light (TBD) Hydor NANO I guess the only thing I am unsure of is what type of pump I should use for the return line on the sump. Anyone have any suggestions for this? Link to comment
