Bristle worms

I am awefully confused. Are bristle worms evil things that destroy everything or nice free cuc members?

Depends on who you ask, the general consensus I've seen on here is they're generally seen as a good addition to a CUC...I think the people who really have problems with them either have their tanks over-run, or they just think they're really extra "icky"

All depending on the worm, I guess.

My lfs said that I am an idiot to remove them immediately because they will eat all my corals and fish and inverts.

There was one inside my rock when I broke it that was almost 4" long! Should I be concerned?

i wouldnt be. just keep an eye on them if they do bad things take them out.
