MOON LIGHT SETUP!! will this work fine?

I was wondering if the LEDs i will post would work with a 9.6 DC adapter. I dont know wat any of this other DC stuff is but here you are: INPUT- 220V AC 50Hz 3W

 

OUTPUT- 9.6V DC 50mA

 

so plz tell me if this adapter would work with these LEDs and i would also like opinions on the LEDs.Thx!

The LEDs are for 12v but they should would at 9.6v, they probably won't be as bright though.

 

If you already have the 9.6v adapter try them with that and if they don't work the way you want them just pick up a 12v one. They are fairly cheep new and you can find them really cheep on eBay.

Thx...thats exactly wat i was thinkin but i might get a new adapter soon anyways so that i can adjust the voltage to the setting i like. By the way i just bought those lights off ebay so in about a week it will be time to put it all together =).Thx again!

Check any old applicances like an old answering machine or cell phone chargers. Chances are you'll have a 12v one somewhere. I dug one out and ordered some LED's and cold cathode lights to try out some moonlights on the nanocube.
