SpectraPure Sediment Filters ? AZDeserrRat

Recommended Posts

Got a couple of questions since it hard for me to call SpectraPure when i am at work. I see that they have a sediment filter called the ZetaZorb 0.2. I have been using there 0.5 Microtec sediment filter. I am assuming the 0.2 would be better but overall is it? I am not sure how the micron works if the number is smaller then then the pores are smaller?

Yes it is a better filter. Its what I have used for about 5 years now and what I have found is it not only filters better but has about 10x thesurface area so last many times longer and has less head loss or pressure drop so the membrane functions better.
