Guest AbSoluTc
It reminds me of a broken heart I have no Idea what it is, but it does retract if disturbed, similar to a clam. Any ideas? Link to comment
Sahin
Sincemy knowledge is very lacking, I cant even draw in my mind what that thing is. I would need a real pic. Link to comment
Sahin
I noticed today while working with the rocks that there is a clam like thing on one of my live rocks. Now its shell is very light and almost see through as well. Its got a purple colour too. It looks very much like a clam, cant get a pic as its on back of tank and on the underhang of a rock. Maybe we got similar thing? Link to comment
Kapelakin
I have one of those on my LR too. I don't think it's a clam, but a bivalve more like a mussel or something. It's similar in shape to the clams in Mexico we referred to as "turkey wings" due to the shape of the two shells when open. I just rearranged my rocks, so I don't think it's in a spot where I can get a pic anymore though. Link to comment
