Cartman8779
??? Are Flame Angels typically a nano-safe fish or not? I don't think they are but does anyone know for sure? Link to comment
Jean-yus
They are recomended for tanks over 30 Gallons as most pigmy angels are... Some angels may pick at corals, it differs for every one individual fish... They are kept "With Caution" Link to comment
Schmev
I have a Flame Angel in a 40G, and I feel he'd appreciate more room to roam. I've got a lot of rock in it, and it still swims around and samples things, but no damage done. If I had a clam or some SPS in it, I'm sure he'd nip at them some. He leaves all my polyps and softies alone and is quite peaceful towards the other fish. But definitely not a fish I'd recommend for small aquariums. Link to comment
