Bridgelux leds

On ledgroupbuy.com, they list bridgelux leds as being driven at 3.6v at the max of 700ma. If I run them at a safer 600ma, how much voltage do they need? Around 3.4?

What driver are you going to be putting them on?

Depending on the batch they can get up to 3.6v at 700mA. That is the max, they often are lower.

I am using a DIY LM317 based driver. Each one can run about 8v.

So you will be able to run 2 on one of those at 8v. Driver should be adjusting the voltage and giving a constant current so you just need to fall inside the range of the driver.
