I wanted to share my larger tank on here with you guys. It used to be a full blown SPS tank. I recently converted to a algae / NPS type tank.

Seagrasses are dying since I messed up some of the rhizome. Others are growing pretty well though.

That's kinda cool...It's interesting to see the diffrent types of Macro Algae's out there. I'd be interested in reading and seeing more pics about an Algae dominate tank....What type of maintance comes with doing this? I would assume that trimming would be ur biggest prob?

And this video was shot on Friday of the Tank.

The biggest problem I've faced is finding spot for the algae to grow. Some like to grow in certain condition, and doesn't look too good if you put them in a spot they dont like. I also have problem with nuissance algae growing on top of these algae, but easily remove.

Edit : How do you embed a video on here?

I'm loving this tank...I love that u've taken a more laid back landscape..your not sporting all these "Hey-look-how-bright-I-am" corals..it's looks so much more realistic. I think ur choice of fish also adds to this look. Very good looking tank...Very good job.

Managed to get some more picture. I had some really cool macro but they withered away sadly =/

Once I'm back in July, planning to get more sea apple / feather starfish / small gobies/ and alot more sexy shrimps / anemone shrimp!
