Tunze 9002 in biocube 29

I was having a similar problem as fluffeh with mine, I contacted tunze and they had me send it in for repair since they had to least replace the pump that had a cracked fitting. I haven't gotten it back yet but they had great customer service for me and stupid me I had the pump installed in reverse, which he told me caused most of my problems. Evidentally the cord should wrap around the pump and go out the side with the notch. I am bad at reading directions, but I have high hopes once it returns this week.
