JoelRHale
My best grill concoction is garlic burgers. Off the top of my head you mix 1lb of hamburger, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 cup of chopped onion and like a tablespoon of Italian seasoning and some EVOO (channeling Rachel Ray ). It's pretty delicious. Not BBQ I know but it's the best thing I do on the grill. Link to comment

Keep the moisture/juice in them also learn how to grill by using temperature cooking. Specially with chicken - bone in Link to comment
JoelRHale
Yeah, I got burgers, steaks, and chicken down pretty good, I am just not too good with ribs, pork, all the other BBQ stuff. I'm pretty analytical so temperature cooking is part of how I cook. Link to comment

I'm pretty analytical so temperature cooking is part of how I cook. Ribs are all about the dry rubs or marinates (geesh these are not reading correctly ) also removing the silver skin on the back assists with how the ribs cook/marinate up ... pork cooks like the chicken, bone out of course. Spirofucci
Way down here almost all the guys cook exclusively with mesquite wood which made it much harder for me to get a feel for the heat. Also, I have ate more bbq'd parts of a cow than I knew existed and so far all of it very tastey. Link to comment

surgicalsense
So I just invested in the Ecoxotics: http://www.ecoxotic.com/catalog/product/vi...67/category/17/ Dimmer switch for my Whites/Blues. This way I can run my Pro colors and make those corals (what corals I have) glow * Also ordering the MaxiJet also. Link to comment
Spirofucci
That dimmer looks sweet and only $15. Did you ever get the lights all finished?? Link to comment

Wrapped up the install and now there is awesome light. I still need to get pictures of the FTS with the new lights completely and with the new dimmer in place for the Whites/Blues I can run my full spectrum blue/Aqua and make those corals glow now, too.
