Redoing my overflow: will these fit together?

I am ordering parts to redo my overflow. I have the overflow kit from glass-holes. What I want to know is will the 1 inch vinyl fit over the barb on this insert fitting and will these hose clamps fit over the vinyl tubing?

Hard to say with just the info you have posted... okay, 1" hose barb, got it. One inch hose? One inch inside diameter or one inch outside diameter? If it's one inch I.D then the O.D is probably going to be around one and quarter inch, which means the one inch clamps won't fit. You'd need like an inch and half clamp... follow?

vinyl will be going on the 1nch hose barb and the clamp to fasten those together

 

so the sizes are fine except up the clamp to 1.25?
