nis_sales is the ebay seller. As high of quality refractometer you will find. Will never spend 60$ on a refractometer again. Cost 27$. Make sure you get the aquarium one they have refracs for all sorts of industries including beekeeping? who would of thought bees? Also have some for wine and beer making?

I got the cheapest one I could find on ebay a few years ago, and never had problems with it, just calibrate it every once and a while.

I have one for home brewing beer. Look the same . But I'm using the plastic one u dip in the tank and it's ready that I'm at 1.023 . My beer refractometer is only showing 1.018 actully 4.5 brix. Then you convert it. Are the plastic ones crap and I should toss it. Or is my refractometer the wrong type?
