endy0430
Getting ready to order my kit for my BC 29 and they come with 10 Royal Blue CREE XP-E LEDs and 10 Cool White CREE XP-G LEDs. My question is the 50/50 ratio good enough for sps or should I include some red leds as well. Or should I do more blues than white or more whites than blue? Thanks for the advice. Link to comment
Milad LEDGroupBuy.com
Most of our customers are trending to 2:1 royal blue to neutral white. It should be cheaper also to do that because the royal blues are cheaper. Also better aesthetics. Link to comment

Grad
So your saying 2 blues to 1 white correct. I have 50/50 royal blue to cool white in my tank. Personally next system i make ill be trying less blue, im happy with the 50/50 i would just like to test with less blue and see the colors. Its all on personal choice, go out and check out some pictures and see which color makeup you like. Grad Link to comment

AnthonyPf
endy you may want to consider doing 2 RB to 1 neutral white. If you are going with cool white then to 1:1 ratio. Most LED users are leaning toward the neutral white and away from cool white. Link to comment
