AZDesertRat Posted September 22, 2011 Share Posted September 22, 2011 No, the carbon filter before the RO membrane removes it so it does not damage the TFC fabric the membrane is constructed with. Chlorine will melt a TFC membrane in a heartbeat so keep up with the 6 month replacement schedule. Link to comment
