Sorry i got a new rock with a hole and found this sucker. Sorry its the closest i can get.. Is this dangerous?

Yeah looks like a Mantis shrimp. You'll wanna get that out of the tank.

looks like a Mantis, you can probably sell it to your LFS if you don't want to keep it.

idk how big is it? a large one could probably take down a small dog or house cat.

Its really small... i dont even know how i can take it out the small hole..

since you just got the rock you could remove the entire piece and put in a QT or clean bucket with tank water heater and air. kind of like how you do a water change setup. then try to lure the critter out with a piece of shrimp on a skewer or something. get a positve ID then decide what you want to do. please dont kill.

Set up a small tank (Like a picotope) with just a little liverock, light and powerhead and keep it!

ha yes it is a juvie for sure. look at it's colors and it's body, head and tail don't look fully developed
