Rawny804 Posted March 24, 2004 Posted March 24, 2004 I have a 5.5 gallon Nano, that i am currently running 2x32w CSL lights, 1 10,000K daytime and a 03 Ultra Atinic. I wanted to add just a little more lighting, and I had 2 retrofit 13w ballasts and bulbs lying around, so I was wondering since I dont have much room under my hood anymore, if I can place them at the front of the hood, as shown in the picture.... the light catches the reflector piece so its directed towards the tank. The bulb is actually right where the first bar of the 03 atinics are...
Hwarang Posted March 24, 2004 Posted March 24, 2004 I guess you could ... but I think you've already got some extreme lighting there! There comes a point when more PC wattage won't help ... tho, I suppose if you've got them laying around ... Give it a shot ... do you have heat issues now?
