AliGindahouse Posted September 9, 2011 Share Posted September 9, 2011 I've had my tank for about 1.5 years. every month or two I find a 1 inch long orange oval blob floating at the top. attached pic I have a humu trigger, ocellaris clown, yelowtail damsel, convict goby, and a snowflake moray, along with some hermits. The blob is about the size and shape of a tylenol, bright orange and is covered in a clear mucus. I usually just toss it, but i've always wondered if it was a sperm/roe sac. doesnt look like normal waste. Link to comment
