tyborbogdan
Hey, I'm pretty new to the whole nano-reef thing, and I was curious if there were any people In the Vancouver, BC area or just east of it. I'm 16 and unemployed so i don't really have a ton of money spend on corals and things, but I'm gettin there. Just wondering if anyone was local that maybe had frags for sale etc. My mom just ordered my an LED kit so ill be able to grow sps once its set up LMK if your interested or have helpful local info, I live in Maple Ridge, about 45 minutes east of Vancity. hexbasher
unemployed? reefing is expensive eh?... theres a club that runs out of UBC, forget the name if you want cheap frags go to King Ed pets...they typically dont have much sps, JL aquatics and Ocean aquatics have sps...island pets is horrable and wouldn't be caught doing business with them....Roger's aquatics is a good place but roger has got out of saltwater fish and last time i was there he was looking for a new coral supplier....Paul's Aquarium never has much coral (afew colonies), some verts and fish, but everything there looks sad).....not sure who else you can deal with...there use to be a place out in abby but their closed now.... i'm selling a bunch of xenia frags friday morning @ king eds....the price they'd be selling them for is the price i'd ask if i was selling it personally...
