I do 10% weekly water change, oversized skimmer, refugium and sometimes ill do vodka dosing.

When you do a water change, to you use a gravel cleaner or siphon? or do you just change the water and dose?

 

I have a skimmer and had a refugium and still had problems.

I just siphon but with my hand I stir up the sand and suck up the bad stuff. Maybe check your water source, I personally make my own RO/DI water to insure quality and zero TDS water.
