I'm a new at all of this so I have to ask. What is the process of a Yellow Watchman Goby and Tiger pistol shrimp paring? My Watchman is MIA after being in my tank for only 6 hours. I have check all over in my tank. I have Bio cube 29 with a intank media basket and fish saver. The only places I have not check is the pistol shrimp hole.

My water is in good shape.

ammonia 0

Nirite 0

Nitrate 0

Phosphate 0 or .25

Ph of 8.4

SG of 1.024

Temp. 78

I did a drip acclimation for about hour to get the sg and ph just right.

I'm sure he's fine, just hiding. I didn't see my Yasha Goby for 2 or 3 weeks after introduction, he just hid in the Pistol Shrimp's caves, but now he's out almost all day...

Nice advice. He's prob just fine. Mine was always out and about. Had him for months before adding the shrimp. Now he comes out to eat or if the shrimp is busy excavating my entire sand bed. Totally different behavior now, cool to watch though when he is out.

Yeah, he's probably enjoying relaxing in his new house without a human watching him :P That's what they do..they burrow, it's totally fine.
