SaltyMist
Im thinking about this item in an ebay auction ebay auction to put in my Eclipse 12. If I remove the standard filter, and cut the hood to accomodate it, Im pretty sure it will fit hanging on the back of my tank. I think the benefit of this unit over the stock unit in the tank right now would be to gain the skimmer, since it also has a biological chamber for keeping a bit of charcoal, I see no downside to it, unless people generally think it's junk. What do you think? Link to comment
SaltyMist
Okay, nevermind, after remeasuring the eclipse12, I see that it will be hard to fit with the center brace in the Eclipse12. Maybe I'll just try to sell this eclipse and move the contents to a typical 10 gallon glass tank where I can hang what ever I want on the back or add whatever I want. Dang I hate this eclipse 12, whereas I love the JBJ nano cubes. Anyone wanna buy it locally, I'll give it up with the liverock, powerhead, heater, filters, liverock, livesand and the creatures in it.
