I made this tank with glass from Home Depot for about 10$. It still works fine!

Stats:

6.23 gallon tank

50W Stealth Pro heater

Hydor evolution 400 powerhead

8 lbs. Live rock

10 lbs. live sand

12W T5 Coralife mini aqualight

Stocking:

2 redlegged hermits crabs

How does it look? I'm going to add corals once I have the money. Tank has been running for around 2-3 months (cycle is complete).

I really want to add an Ocellaris clownfish. What do you think?

Looking good!

If you want to add corals though, you might want to upgrade the lighting. You will probably only be able to keep mushrooms and some zoas right under that light.

yeah id upgrade the lighting, not too sure about clowns in there, maybe one would be ok. why not think about getting a few smaller gobies?

Well, it turns out that I have plans on creating my own DIY LED setup!! I will go with 20x royal blue XR-E, and 10x neutral white XR-E (all CREE LEDs).

AND I am upgrading to a 16 gallon bowfront tank! Man I'm so excited - and it's only 70$!!

Keep the opinions coming, I would really like some ideas!
