Builder Anthony

You might want to put a clear varnish on the wood to keep water off of it.

realised im prolly going to need a dimmer added a couple pieces of sps and they might be bleaching cant tell yet,

placed an order for http://www.nanotuners.com/product_info.php...products_id=751

along with http://www.nanotuners.com/product_info.php?products_id=772 im assuming this is a potentiometer for dimming

decided im going to make this a harlaquin tank i have access to cheap starfish so im going friday to take a look at the lfs new shipment just one of the shrimp though so maintaining the food source should be easy i plan to buy 3 and rotate cutting off arms 1 a week is all they sudgessted feeding,

if this sps dosent work i think ill try my had and making a full ric garden

SPS already? when did this tank start out with LR and sand? you are sure its cycled and everything? SPS might be bleaching from other causes than intensity of LEDs. may just be fluctuating parameters (that may be unnoticeable during testing) because tanks are relatively unstable until they are run for a few months. Looks to me like you did this too fast.

its been running for 6 weeks using water and filter media and sand from my 2 year old tank, perameters are all stable :)

the sps is starting to color up nicley so i guess the tank and lighting is money, i changed the rock scape decided against the uni-rock cause it couldent give me the look i wanted, went to red coral and kevin hooked me up with 3 nice pieces, still a bit cloudy so ill post more later the whole front/middle im planning on making a ric garden

kinda a mountain and valley theme

tell us how a pink emerald benefits your tank. I am interested because I heard some tales about the various color variations.
