RandomLetters
Ive never seen this before in any of my reefs over the years, My hermits released spawn. I know nothing about Hermit mating but found it amazing that they reproduced. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4bjUEpfQD8 Too bad I cant embed video on this site, Id recommend switching to 720p to help spot em. danthenewreefman
hard to know for sure that's what it be... could be isopods breeding, especially given the tanks age (said 2 weeks old) just makes me think of the "new tank pod explosion" Link to comment
B-Boy
Very Cool! What type of crab do you think released the babies? I also didnt see any fish. does that mean you are going to keep them? Also a side note: Shrimp also release buggers like that, so if you have shrimp, it could be from them, though i think you would know because you would have seen the babies under the female shrimp. Enjoy! Never had it happen to me. B-Boy Link to comment

I didn't even think of it possibly just being an explosion of pods, they aren't on the glass though, they're all free swimming and have been all day. Link to comment
