xenia acting strange

so I recently moved a frag of xenia from an area of lower flow to an area of higher flow and all of a sudden the polyps started curving inwards instead of outward. They look more like claws now. They still pulse but nowhere near as much as I used to. The lighting is the same btw. Anyone know what's going on? They don't look as healthy. I've checked my tank parameters and they're all in the correct ranges so I'm really confused...

I did add a frag rack which I soaked for a few hours in salt water. Is it possible that some chemicals on the rack leached out into the tank?

...sounds as if the xenia is just adjusting to the new area.

How long was it in the old area?

How long ago did you move it?

How much greater is the flow than before?

But I've moved it around before as well...never reacted this way. It was only in the old area for a week or two as I've been doing a lot of rearranging lately. I moved it about 3 or 4 days ago and the flow is a decent amount greater but not great enough to blow the frag around. The polyps are slanted at about 20-30 degrees.
