What exactly is a head? Each "head" is an individual complete coral with its own skeleton which can be easily fragged. Some frogspawn corals grow out of one skeleton and if something happens to that the whole colony is in jeopordy. With individual heads each "head" has its own complete skeleton and can live just fine if seperated from the rest.IOW 1 head can die or have problems without affecting the entire colony. bluecoyote79
Save your money and buy a small frogspawn, they grow like crazy and before you know it you'll be needing to frag it. Link to comment
