Is there a heater small enough to fit in the first chamber? ive heard of ppl not using one and just using the house heater to keep it somewhat warm. i wouldnt do that but ive heard of it. marina might have one small enough to fit. also there is the hydor mini heater. i dont recomend that as i had one explode in my first pico best bet is prolly the dymax heater Link to comment

Here in Texas we have had some cold damn weather. I don't run the home heater until night if I can. I just set the tank up lastnight with just samd and water. But no luck so far oh i know! if you got a really small canister filter like this: http://www.amazon.com/Finnex-PX-360-All-on...r/dp/B002VFF8U4 and then put an inline filter on the intake or return like this: http://www.amazon.com/Hydor--Line-Heater-2...7347&sr=1-4 you wouldnt hafta worry about the heater taking up fuge space in the back chambers and you would have good filtration. just a thought Link to comment
