Syn74
Hello there. I am just wondering. What is the tank size requirement for a blue hippo tang? Everywhere I look seems to say a different tank size. I have seen everything from 30 gallon minimum to 100 gallon min. Wanted to see what other people that have them seem to think. Thank you! krv
Even when they are like an inch long they need a ton of horizontal swimming room. Extremely active fish. Link to comment

Oceanus
75 min in my opinion. 4 foot by 18 inches wide. Height doesn't make much of a difference. Link to comment

fewskillz
6' tank. They grow to be over a foot long. A 4' tank is not enough, I don't care if its a 150 gallons, it's not long enough. Link to comment
Mini-Dude
The jist of it is you need a really long tank. Link to comment
