7digits
Looks pretty weak . Oh, the link doesn't work. (Someone beat me to it.) Here's the link: http://www.saltwaterfish.com/Marineland-Re...uot_p_5066.html 24 - 36” - (23) 10,000K White & (4) 460 nm Blue 1W LEDs – 1670 Lumens It's 27 watts. Man, Marineland continues to drop the ball on LEDs. You might be able to grow a mushroom if it's floating on the surface. Link to comment

7digits
I have a 40 breeder which I think is the same footprint as your 65g, yours is just taller. I have the Maxspect led fixture in the link below and love it. I have to hang it a foot above my tank to keep it from cooking the corals. You could put this on top of the tank and grow sps on the sandbed. This is what I would suggest. http://www.finsreef.com/xcart/product.php?...=255&page=1 Link to comment
evilc66
That was confusing. Do you have the Maxspect of the Marinland fixture? Anyway, my opinion of it is that it's a waste of money. The tallest tank I would put that on would be around 12", and even then it's mediocre at best. Link to comment
7digits
Sorry, I have the maxspect. Link to comment
